OE Group was founded by Olivier Elzer after more than thirty years working at the highest level of gastronomy in Europe and Asia. His approach remains rooted in an uncompromising focus on the product: its quality, identity, relevance and ability to create a lasting impression.
That product-led vision became the foundation of a broader organisation, bringing together the complementary expertise required to transform exceptional ideas into successful and sustainable businesses.
Today, that vision is carried forward by a broader team combining strategic, operational and specialist expertise.

Jean-Roch Martin
Chief Financial Officer
A former Asia-Pacific CFO at Natixis and senior finance executive at BNP Paribas, Jean-Roch brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience. Founder of Finance Advisory Board, he contributes financial discipline, strategic planning and performance oversight to OE Group.
Matthieu Bonnici
Legal Advisor
An international corporate lawyer with over 20 years of experience across Asia, Matthieu is the principal of MJF Bonnici Law Firm. Specialising in cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law, he brings valuable legal and governance expertise to OE Group.
Nicolas Michaux
Accounting & HR Advisor
Founder of Alpha Prime Group, Nicolas brings over 23 years of experience in international tax advisory and corporate services across Europe and Asia. His expertise spans accounting, taxation, corporate structuring and human resources, supporting OE Group's organisational and financial foundations.
Patrick Chassagne
Strategic & Fundraising Advisor
A long-standing partner at Melcion, Chassagne & Cie, Patrick has extensive experience advising entrepreneurs on strategy, financing and business development. He brings an independent perspective to OE Group's growth, capital-raising opportunities and long-term strategic decisions.
