About the Chef

Born on April 18, 1979 in Koblenz Germany, Olivier Elzer has established his reputation through his Michelin star achievements as well as having worked alongside many world-renowned chefs of our generation such as Pierre Gagnaire and Joel Robuchon.

Olivier has been awarded total of 27 Michelin stars for 17 consecutive years (2007 to present) in both France and Hong Kong. He is also a successful entrepreneur – in addition to being the Culinary Director of global hotel chains, Mr. Elzer have also created his own casual dining concepts, professional consulting firms and state-of-the-art food lab.
